There are pecans, and then, there are PECANS! I am a vegan and eat pecans as a healthy protein, vitamin and mineral source.Mine aren’t used for cooking but eating / lots- so- I don’t settle for inferior pecans. These are the best and I should know after all I’ve sampled.
