It had been many many years since I had a paper, Salpicon, my grandfather, and I used to sit down at his place in Oklahoma and crack paper shells in the summertime. These brought back some good memories and the flavor is unbelievable. These are the best pecans I’ve eaten in years.
They are very good and soft to eat too. We really don't like them went they are hard o r not as fresh to eat..
