Love these pieces. They are so uniform in size and wonderful to scoop up and put into bread and other recipes instead of having to stop and chop up whole nuts that are not always so even. They are so pretty in the baked product.

There are pecans, and then, there are PECANS! I am a vegan and eat pecans as a healthy protein, vitamin and mineral source.Mine aren’t used for cooking but eating / lots- so- I don’t settle for inferior pecans. These are the best and I should know after all I’ve sampled.
